At Irwin Union Bank our mission is simple...to provide sound financial solutions to our clients - privately owned businesses, employees and their families - in select national markets. Since 1871 we have been building these relationships. We pride ourselves on the impressive steps we have taken to grow our business, never losing sight of our original vision.

Today we span 36 offices and 10 states...a far cry from our smaller footprint even as late as 1998, when we only operated in the state of Indiana. Over time our core philosophy and strategy have remained relatively unchanged. However, the way in which we approach our clients and markets has continued to evolve.
