We notify you about our sharing practices when you open an account and each year while you are a client.
To protect your private information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal laws. These measures include safeguards and secured files and buildings.
We collect your private information, for example, when you
- open an Irwin account or deposit money at Irwin.
- pay your bills from your Irwin account or apply for a loan with Irwin.
- use your Irwin credit card or debit card.
We also collect your private information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.
Federal law gives you the right to limit sharing only for
- affiliates to market to you.
- non-affiliates to market to you.
State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.(See #2)
